G'Day,

We ask that in the interests of respecting copyright of third party material that you not post links to images or sites that essentially are a dump of exclusive information regarding Portal 2 scanned from magazines etc.

This simply isn't fair to these third parties.

They are releasing new pics on the selected dates.
Although I'm sure they're somewhere on the net for you to find.

EB games sells Game Informer for $5 i think. They also have a 12 month subscription with the Edge card for $25 (or something around that price). That was when i last checked 28 days ago.

Their site shows the March edition with the EDGE card, I'll pop in tomorrow afternoon and see if they have April's already.

I guess you can also buy single copies from their website maybe? I know Future Publishing allow that in Ireland\UK\Mainland Europe.

And guess what? Most of the pictures in the GameInformer article are the real screenshots for the the ASCII art pictures from the ARG.

Screenshots and blather aren't worth paying for. Show me the game and I'll publish blather and screenshots for free on the internet where I can guarantee an audience of millions.

No need to post links. It's really not hard to find them.

...yes I know I violated copyright law by looking at the scans (I didn't upload scans myself though), but you can't blame me for wanting to see what Portal 2 information has been given out. If they'd sell GameInformer here in the Netherlands (which they don't) I would have bought a copy. Heck, if I happen to see it here anyway I'll still buy a copy despite having already seen the scans, if only to have the Portal 2 coverage on solid paper.

So um... now that Portal 2 has been out for quite some time, could we... ya know, theoretically of course... post magazine info that is over a year old at this point and about previews of Portal 2? Especially considering magazines like PC Gamer releases free copies of old magazines in PDF format.
