Dark Void high PhysX Crash

I have a GTX 480. In dark void when high physx is enabled, when I double jump to activate the jet pack boosters. I get no display and in task manager it says dark void is not responding. All other physx in the game works fine on high physx, including flying. if i set the physx to medium there no problems at all.

My PC Specs:
P5Q3 Deluxe wifi @n
3gb OCZ reaper DDR3 14400 (1800 MHz)
Gigabyte Nvidia Geforce GTX 480 Driver v257.21 WHQL
Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 @ 3.4 GHz
Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit

if it works on medium dont turn it to high

Yes, I've been playing the game on medium physx for some time now but it would be nice to play the game on high physx.

Is anyone else having problems running the game on high physx?

Same exact problem here! Except for the fact that I have two GTX 470s in SLI configuration. All of the drivers are perfectly up to date, but still the game will crash on high Physx setting when using the rocket pack (and only then!). Apart from that, the game runs very smoothly and I've had no problems getting to the end.
IMHO this issue is related to an imperfect porting (or programming) of the game under the Physx engine. I played other Physx games, and never had a problem.

My PC Specs:
Asus P6T V2
6gb Corsair DDR3
Nvidia Geforce GTX 470 x2 (SLI), Drivers 275.27
Intel i7 920
Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
