I assume you using the Steam version? Do you get the same problem with HiRez's GA client?

Got this error with the Steam version, got the HiRez Client in another location and it works.

Yes it's the admin account on the PC.

If you don't mind bypassing Steam (that would defeat the purpose since you already have the HRLauncher, but meh), you could try making a Global Agenda Shortcut and type this after \Binaries\GlobalAgenda.exe"
-host=inapatl.globalagendagame.com -seekfreeloading

Your shortcut should be somewhat like this:
"C\:Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\global agenda live\Binaries\GlobalAgenda.exe" -host=inapatl.globalagendagame.com

Also, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling GA via Steam?

Gonna try reinstalling, just trying to get it to work with Steam in case there's a nice bonus in the next few days, if I want to play the game I can just use the HiRez client.
