How to get better FPS in this game ?

I now have terible frames per second , I assume about 20 . And they are getting wierder when i look with my mouse faster.
My graphics settigs are all LOW.
Is there a way to change dxlevel ?

Can anyone tell me the best FPS settings/configs please ?

AND YES MY GAME CAN SUPPORT THIS , I play black ops and other demanding games on 100 FPS

Let me tell ya'll a little story. 'Cause it just happened to me, I kid you not.

I had the settings for the link I posted and the lowest I could cap without Merc-Map-Exploring was the Desert, where it hit 22 frames.
I added an extra RAM stick, 1GB, and it bumped up to about 25 frames.

I figured I'd give medium settings a try, so I tweaked to Medium settings and selected a few of the other options, and suddenly that spot that lagged managed to get to 28 FPS minimum.

I don't know why, it's bizarre. It's just one of those weird things programmed...

Medium settings running better than the horrid effect / world details? That just doesn't make sense to me. I should be running Medium on the same frame rates as I did without the extra Ram stick... But, lol whatever.
So tweak around some of the settings.

Disabling parts of the HUD can add 15+ FPS depending on your machine. GA is horribly optimized.

Its horrible game, start from this ...

Eu servers down 24/7 ... EU players playing on NA West servers with 240-260 ping ... people getting banned for "FIX EU REALMS" protest ... good game ...

Uh no. Where are you getting this information? EU servers are almost always up. EU players don't have to play on NA servers. People are NOT getting banned for "FIX EU SERVER" posts.

In fact, HR is currently doing testing to improve the EU servers and fix what issues they are having:

I heard about this. But I turned a lot off and it made no difference as opposed to having a lot on though.
