Save Game sorted in new update (again)!

The save game issue affected a number of windows and mac users. This has now been fixed and submitted to the Steam team to publish on the Steam Network.

Message from devs:

"Now, the save game slots you might've created and used are existing so in order to prevent overwrite of old save games this is what happens:

- on first start the game will grab the old user data saved in system registry (this is pre MAY update), will backup old save game data slots (it will rename slots to .bak in the SMC folder) and create the new ones. Basically if you find that your progress is different then you can go in to the root folder of the game and replace the savegame.dat files with the .bak files and that should bring everything in sync and obviously LOAD GAME will work in all cases now!

- as there were a number of users complaining about choosing the french flag for english (probably resembles the US flag for some) the language select screen is back at the beginning and the flags now have labels under them too!

Once again sorry for the inconvenience, there won't be any updates from here on that affects save games (this one was due to the Steam Achievements) so this won't happen again for sure!

Well I can't take credit but I'm sure the devs would be more than happy to hear that the work has payed off on the latest version. Like them on facebook! Should make them happy
