Launching Problems

I just finished downloading the game, launched it first time, it stopped working, so I closed it. Now whenever I launch it, it shows me as in-game for about 5 seconds then it goes back to blue and I see no change when trying to open it on the screen, anyone else got this problem?

I see it in the processes for about 5s then it just disappears.

Basic Specs:
GTX 260
E8400

Putting it in XP SP 3 compatibility gets a small intro then when I click it crashes.

If you got Anti Virus try disabling it. For some reason when i used Bullguard as Anti Virus it kept treating the Exe file for this game as a threat and quarantining it each time i tried to launch it. Resulting in roughly what you just said

Don't use any Anti-Virus/Firewall, but thanks for the suggestion.
