Exception Error - translation file

I had this installed some time ago and ran it without a problem. I re-installed it and it won't open. I keep getting a translation file exception saying the files aren't found. I've uninstalled it twice but keep getting the same error after downloading. Ran Crap-cleaner to make sure I didn't have a corrupt file hung up somewhere but it didn't find anything.

Anyone else come across this?

Never mind - should have scrolled down further. That's what I get for posting while at work...
