Bug: repeated right arrow

Sometimes after character is killed in this game, when it revives it won't stop running to the right until the right arrow key is pressed.

Almost as if the right arrow key was stuck (but it's not).

Anyone else have this?

Also, even after looking at the walkthrough I can't do level 4.
