MS Visual C++ Runtime Library error

Hi there, if I try to start the game, following error occurs:

Runtime Error!

Porgram: (program location)

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.

my system:
Win 7 x64
Asus P5E Deluxe
Intel Q9450
8GB RAM
Asus Radeon HD 5870

what I did:
installed MS Visual C++ 2008 Redist x86
reinstalled MS Visual C++ 2010 x64
deleted MS Visual C++ 2010 x64
validated Doc Clock files
reinstalled Doc Clock

same error everytime...
