I still have the problem. can someone help me please?

Windows 7 Ultimate 64x
ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series
Intel (R) Core (TM) 2 Quad CPU Q6600@2.40GHz

I have both dlc

Has anyone found a solution to this, my game won't launch, the process is there in task manager and if I try and open another copy the icon actually appears on the task bar (which it doesn't with just one open) but then it tells me I can't have 2 open at once.

Please valve/petroglyph can we have a solution, if not money back please!!
