Help please?

Can someone help me?
i keep getting this when i go to start up zero gears?

We got this resolved today. For future reference, it looks like OpenAL didn't install properly the first time he launched the game. Should you run into this problem, you'll want to navigate to your ..\Steam\steamapps\common\zero gear\Help folder. In this folder is the OpenAL installer titled: oalinst.exe. Just run that file and OpenAL will install quickly. Then try the game again.

Also, since OpenAL didn't install properly I'm thinking maybe it'd be a good idea to also install vc2008_redist_x86.exe and the DirectX installer that is also located in the DirectX folder you see here. Just to be safe.
