problem at the end of episode 1

Hello

I've noticed this problem when i'm trying to leave the last refuge. The screen with text appears, and immediately, an error message "wvs.exe has ceased functionning" appears too. The game keeps running normally, but that error prevents me to get the achievement for completing episode 1.

Any idea to solve that?

Hi again,

Please disregard that problem. I replayed that scene today, and got the achievement. Maybe my Steam client bugged yesterday event.

Problem solved.
