Crash Time 4: The Syndicate not on Steam?

Why isn't Crash Time 4: The Syndicate on Steam? it's been out for a while now. From what I can tell it didn't get released in the US or the UK but it is available in English. The Demo has English, French and of course German. Is it available on Steam for Europe?

Boguht this game from Amazon.fr last year. By far the best Crash Time game yet. I hope they get rid of GFWL when it comes out on Steam though, otherwise it's going to be a right mess.

its the multi5 edition and its only 9$; at launch last may or june it was around 14$
crash time 2 &3 are both 3$ each
