Episode 1 &...2?

So I beat the Banshee, and then Reisbeck informs Echo that we did not kill the queen. Stonewall yells out that it's time for payback, Reisbeck talks to the queen, says he will make preparations for something and the game ends. Roll credits.

I assumed that the story line ended unfinished because that was episode 1. But that seems to have been it. Am I missing something? Where is episode 2? Is that really how it ends or am I missing how to start episode 2?
