Game frequently CRASH !

Hi,

I buy the game yesterday but I have some frenquently crash, it's really annoying !

But, In a place, the game crash automaticly !
It's here when I enter, game quit and "EYE.exe encounter a problem"

I can't continue the campaign !

Please help me !

PS : I have another problem, sometimes some models don't be load, i can't see them, just their shadow !
