Fallout new vegas help!

I reinstalled my computer for about 2 weeks because the keyboard didnt work. And now i have to restart the game

Is there any way of getting back my old account? Mine was lvl 45

So you deleted your save by reinstalling windows and you're asking if you can get back something you've deleted? Am I reading that right?

If it was steamcloud you would be right but no its just a normal save so if you reformatted then your save is gone.
