Is there any form of Co-Op in this game?

I know there is MP but I want to see if you can be on the same team vs the AI.

That would be the competitive mode, where you and your team fight an enemy AI team and compete for the highest score.

Yes you can on other modes aswell against bots. Island capture against bots is a good game
