HELP CONTROLLER XBOX?

If i use the Xbox 360 controller emulator will steam ban me for using the files?

files i need to add:

xinput1_3.dll
xbox360cemu.ini

Steam won't ban you (also caps are bad). But GFWL may not like this if you plan to play online (which is a lost cause, noone plays this).
