Fallout NV + DLC dissapears cos my mate has game but not dlc.

Hey I figured a problem Ive been having. Me and a friend both have a steam acc. and we share a comp and both own Fallout NV. But only I have brought the DLC and steam obviously decides to fix that by deleting DLC every time he logs on. Does anyone have a solution to this problem? I hate continuously backing it up.

Steam shouldn't be deleting it anyway, you could try unticking to keep it up to date in Steam properties.
