Weird Star Fuzebolt!?

Erm yea there's something i saw a couple of times now and i don't know neither what it is nor how to get it .. a bug or a feature!?

I call it star-Fuzebolt, cus it actually looks like a fuzebolt BUT as a star (the player in the middle)

Noone could explain this, but the others in the game saw this star too...

so.. what is it?^^ And how can i get it?
