How do I play in Windowed Mode?

The mouse pointer won't display in full screen for some reason, so I want to play in windowed mode where it has to. But how do I do it? I've searched online, but I keep getting results for other games, and not this one.

There may be some error in the driver or some display related thing. I think you should check that one.
