Can't Race Custom Tracks?

Been playing the game and loving it, but I'm having serious issues with the track editor.

I built my own track, but can't race on it. Whenever I try to select a custom track from quick race, the game freezes. I've tried numerous times and even reinstalled the game. No luck. I'm on Vista x64.

Any suggestions?
