did this game just become free to play?

The game on Kongregate

I just glanced at it. But everything seems to work just like in the full game.

The flash version of the game doesn't allow any multiplayer functions or replays, so it is lacking a bit. However, it does contain more or less all of the single player stuff, so it's a fun diversion for a few hours if you just want to do that.

Just tested it and it sems to be the case with the single player. But as Seto said if you want to play the multiplayer you'll have to buy the PC version which in the end is the reason why Spectromancer is such a good game.

Nice flash game!

Really good game like I expected and surprisingly accessible. Will be buying it later.
