Also another tip, but I havent tested it since I have made some changes is that I disabled steam in game community and signed off of friends and it stopped some stuttering. I think this is a non issue now though. (worth a shot if need be)

For those that dont know. "Launch options" are in your steam games list. Just right click on RAGE, go to properites, and then hit launch options. Also, in most cases, Forcing AF in control panels can cause the "line issue" or "raging lines" to appear. So avoid that option.

Now you have a perfect RAGE (well not really, but hopefully improved)...though it work for me prior and I would like for someone to release a higher res texture pack.
