Video for all people saying they can't run the game on PC

This video shows me playing Team Fortress 2 at a solid 30-45FPS on a laptop with no graphics card. I was playing at 1366x768 in the video but if I want 60-100FPS I could turn down the resolustion to the lowest.

I used a config in this video so find a config and use it so you can play the game with updates.

CPU: Core i3 @ 2.20GHz
GPU: Intel HD Graphics
RAM: 2GB
