Can this do 1920x1200?

I am reading its locked at a low res...

It can. Haven't had any problems with the game regarding resolution settings. You can also tweak the graphic settings further outside of the game from the config file. I recommend unlocking the texture resolution which is low by default, even if you set the game to High from in-game.

Well I can't run the game at 1980 x 1080 nor can I find a config file to adjust it.
