Which version is Penumbra Black Plague?

Hi there!
I was wondering if the Steam version of BP was using the last patch available: Update 1.1 - April 22 2010, since there is no trace in Steam update history... (see http://support.frictionalgames.com/entry/70/)

If it's a steam game, then it is completely up to date.
