Heroes 5 keeps crashing when loading save

I've put nearly 4 hours into this with no problem and now all of a sudden the game crashes when I load a save (I'm on the third or fourth mission).

I did the verify game cache thing and nothing happened, then I deleted it and re-downloaded and I'm still getting the crashes.
