Vote and give Valve feedback: Which weapons need Beta changes?

There are threads all over the place suggestion one specific alteration to a weapon, so how about we have a go-to thread for Valve to see which weapons we feel need change the most?

In case you guys don't know how it works, here's the skivvy. Each weapon starts with 20 points. Once a day (within a 24 hour period), you can "heal" a weapon and "hurt" a weapon, either adding a point or detracting one. In this case, "healing" means that a weapon needs a change in the beta (either a buff or a nerf), while "hurting" states that the weapon is perfectly balanced and needs no changes.

Once a weapon drops to 0, it becomes invalid and is no longer in the discussion. If it rises to 40, then it goes into the Urgent category, meaning that it's a weapon that Valve needs to take care of ASAP. Finally, if a weapon gets its stats changed (either in the beta or the actual game), it is immediately reset to 20 to reflect whether the changes are good or not.

When you heal a weapon, please state your reason for doing so. Don't give us what you think would be the perfect stats for the weapon; just put in parenthesis a short explanation as to why the weapon is either too powerful or not powerful enough. Examples:

Heal Enforcer (no drawbacks with Dead Ringer)
Hurt Kritzkrieg

Or

Heal Market Gardener (too hard and unlikely to land melee attacks mid-air)
Hurt Flare Gun

That way, weapons with a high ranking on here can have a tag next to them explaining to Valve what the problem is, and then they can figure out a solution on their own, instead of us having to come up with a million different sets of alternate stats. As for hurting, I don't think you really need to give a reasoning, since hurting just means that the weapon is perfectly balanced. Also, please vote with a weapon's current beta stats in mind, as opposed to its in-game stats.

With that said, let's begin.

Urgent

Pomson 6000 - 46 (unnecessary effect on hit, uber drain is too much, should be more combat-oriented)

Liberty Launcher - 43 (requires less skill to be effective with than regular rocket launcher, too much of a crutch weapon)
Big Earner - 43 (needs a different downside or another upside, useless compared to other knives)

Fire Axe - 42 (all unlocks are upgrades)
Bonesaw - 42 (all Medic melees are upgrades)

Mantreads - 41 (too difficult/unlikely to stomp someone)

Wrangler - 40 (overpowered with Level 3 Sentry, shield should drop while disabled/sapped)

Not Urgent

Manmelter - 36 (not as good as Flare Gun)

Market Gardener - 35 (requires meticulous timing to land melee attacks in the millisecond before hitting the ground, range not large enough to attack from above, not even worth the no random crits trade-off, small post-landing crit period would be helpful)

Splendid Screen - 34 (always critting makes it easy to one-shot anything)

Force-A-Nature - 33 (useful for mobility, useless in combat)

Cow Mangler 5000 - 32 (upsides and downsides don't mesh well)
Minigun/Iron Curtain - 32 (spin-up is too fast)

Natascha - 28 (outclassed by other Miniguns, shouldn't have longer spin-up)

Mad Milk - 27 (heals too much)
Bat/Holy Mackerel/Unarmed Combat - 27 (alternates are upgrades)

Brass Beast - 26 (upside is too weak for massive downsides)
Dalokohs Bar/Fishcake - 26 (takes too long to heal and doesn't heal enough, downgrade to Sandvich)
Diamondback - 26 (too situational)
Spy-cicle - 26 (fatal with Enforcer, removes Spy's main weakness, fire)

Winger - 24 (damage increase does not make up for small clip)
Tomislav - 24
Fists/Apoco-Fists - 24 (too weak with Heavy's slow firing speed, alternatives are better)
L'Etranger - 24 (damage penalty too high, cloak gain too low)

Boston Basher/Three-Rune Blade - 23 (reward isn't worth the risk)
Chargin' Targe - 23 (outclassed by Splendid Screen)
Claidheamh M˛r - 23 (useless without heads, needs something more)
Enforcer - 23 (still an upgrade)

Shovel/Frying Pan - 22 (outclassed by all other Soldier melees)
Equalizer - 22 (still overpowered)
Degreaser - 22 (huge weapon switch upside for an inconsequential downside, makes Axtinguisher overpowered)
Family Business - 22 (regular shotgun and food are better)
Machina - 22
Dead Ringer - 22 (needs to be less spammable, too much damage reduction)

Baby Face's Blaster - 21
Fan O'War - 21
Escape Plan - 21 (still an upgrade to Shovel)
Phlogistinator - 21
Sharpened Volcanic Fragment - 21 (useless outside of medieval mode)
Loch-n-Load - 21 (too hard to use)
Eviction Notice - 21 (useless compared to other Heavy melees)
Short Circuit - 21 (uses too much metal)
Jag - 21 (should have better advantage and more severe disadvantage)
