Problem with mp on mw3

ok im not sure if this has been posted or not but im having some problems with the multiplayer on mw3.

Now sometimes i can get onto a game and play and such but when i leave the lobby to go play a different game time i get testing servers 0 of 50 and it takes so long looking for a game, so i leave the game and come back on and then it takes longer to connect to the online service, so i come back on later and it works fine and finds me a game and i play and then do the same thing and it does it again.

Now this didnt happen on first day i got the game but then it started happening a few days after.

So im not sure what could be causing it
