I just finished a full reformatting of the whole drive ! and before I reformatted the drive I tried everything . No such luck !

All other games work .

Using Windows 7 64Bit .

I had same issue... deleting game and re-downloading fixed it. It seems the issue is its failing to run "12200_install.vdf" and not installing the dependanceys thus the error.
