Looks like mipmap or something. I don't have any (Windows) computers with Intel graphics, so I can't tell you specifics, but it looks like the mipmap on the font is acting funny; if you look through driver software you may be able to find a setting which might fix it.
Everything but the text and mouse looks as intended. |
