game won't launch

I bought the game, installed it (first time), did the activation, sent the infos, all successfully.

Now it won't launch, click 'play' and while the process appears in the task manager's processes it does not in applications.

So I go to the game folder and launch it from the only app file I can see 'DarkAthena_Launcher.exe'. It comes up with the game launcher splash screen to choose play, default settings, view readme and uninstall. Click play and it opens the games folder in Win7 which does not have Dark Athena in it.

What the frick, how can I get it to open?
