Space channel five

hey.

I finally got a working controller and though i'd give SC5 a try.
Well, after having to fix the config tool following the topic here, that is.

I barely finished the 1st report, and i rage quitted the 2nd.
When the ♥♥♥♥ i am supposed to push the button?
Seriously, the beat when it's your turn is not the same as when the bad guy does it and i'm totally lost, trying to memorise the timing but its very precise and i end up totally ♥♥♥♥ed, ESPECIALLY ON SLOW MOVE. since fast one have less error margin.

Any adivce, input?

It seems like you do get the gist of the game (copy the moves that the opponent does with the beat), but you get confused because the music is off with their movement.

If the game lags a bit, the music will go off-beat with their movements.
Else, I've noticed that their movements are off-beat with the music itself. Just go with the music.
