No longer working?

Is this game that I bought and paid for no longer working? Every time i try to play it, it says that the game is not available to try again! WTF! Sure... its an old game. But ... still! Anyone else having this problem?

I am playing from time to time and it works fine for me.

* Properties / Local Files / Verify integrity of game cache ?
* No more than 3 GB with Win 7 or something like that.

Mine doesn't play neither, I think I want refund.
