PC Upgrades.

I'm upgrading my motherboard, RAM, and CPU. I made some decisions based on prices, details, and reviews. As this is my first major upgrade, I'd love any input anyone has to offer.

I purchased these:

Will pair with:
- Intel i5-2500K
- OCZ ZS series 650watt power supply

I have an NVidia 9600GT from the original build. Will I need to upgrade my video card as well? If so, I would prefer not to spend over $300, but less would be great.

Would this work well for my build? And will I need more than 650 watts to power this? I'm totally open to any other suggestions.
