PS3 coop problem: not all chambers marked as completed

I did a complete playthrough of all coop courses with a friend. I was PS3 client, he was PS3 host. However after the end I noticed that for me some courses have chambers that are not marked as completed, like course 3 chamber 6. Therefore I miss the trophy/achievement for completing all courses. He has them all and the trophy. I completed them all with him, but some did not register for me only.
We just played all 9 chambers of the Peer Review DLC, but 4 show as not completed.
Anybody else got that problem?

I have the same problem. I'm a little late to this thread, but nobody replied anyway
