Meat Boy Can't Jump

Well he can at times. For some reason whenever I play Meat Boy feels like going up and down for no reason. It didn't happen when I first got the game back in July. Any ideas why he's doing it now?

Well, there was a patch released earlier today, and we can't really figure out what it did beyond removing analog support.

I'm having the same issue, but only on the 8-bit warp zones. Meat Boy rapidly bounces up and down on the ground and my jump key generally won't register unless I'm sliding down a wall. I've unplugged my keyboard while leaving my controller connected (and vice-versa) to no avail. Is there any sort of tweak or console command that will fix this?

EDIT: Running the game in windowed mode seems to fix the problem. Not as comfortable as running it fullscreen, but I'll deal.
