Stuttering while scrolling

Anyone have the problem of when you scroll or zoom the camera, the game becomes real choppy?
It has happened on 2 pc's of mine so far.

One is a laptop with a 6970m card and the desktop has 580 sli with the latest 290.36 drivers.

Any ideas?

I have 2x5870 and I had a bit of stuttering too but then I lowered some of the graphics settings and turned on vsync. Vsync was off by default. No more stuttering now. Shadows were set to Ultra on my PC so look for things like that and lower them to high or medium. Just turning on vsync may fix it though.

Yea I turned down the shadows and it didnt really do anything. Your are right, I play with vsync off. I will try to turn it on and see if that makes a difference.
I have been in contact with support and they really have now clue.
I never actually thought to turn it on but will try it. Thanks for the heads up.

If I get stuttering in games vsync is the best thing to try to correct it, sometimes it is better off and other times on. Off for max FPS and on for more consistent FPS. Some games have no option for vsync so then I use RadeonPro to force it off/on.
