Add Tim to Steam version

It works for me on the Mac version. Which do you have? And how many bandages (in case if that's somehow related)?

I know he needs 100 bandages on Xbox to unlock him... I don't have that many. Do you? I'm on PC.

I have 62. I notice that there's a character that's still greyed out in my game but requires 40 bandages so it might be him.

I have played him by inputting the code. What I'm saying is they might've messed it up and put the bandage requirement on him too. You don't get any sound indicator when you input the code but you still play as him (he doesn't show up on character select though, that 40 bandage guy who's greyed out is still there).

I think the code might be outatime and not outtatime. Not sure which one XD.

because the former worked for me now.

Typing outatime works for me. Btw, Tim isn't that cool character to use, he's just invincible (you can't die if you're in 'rewinding time mode') and his basic speed and control reminds me of mr Minecraft. Not bad, but he's definetely worse bonus character than Runman or Viridian
