Hexen II and Expansion, steam use??

If I buy a copy of the Mission Pack: Portal of Praevus, can I use it with the Hexen 2 I have bought from Steam?
or is that a no?
because i keep trying to install it but it isnt finding the full version of hexen 2

Copy config.cfg from base1 to Portals and try it might help.
Also u can use http://pa3pyx.dnsalias.org/hexenii.html source port it may help use Addon.
try this Open hexen2 folder and open hexen2 portal of praevus disk
now copy everything from d:\Install\Data\ to c:\Hexen II\

i want to know how i can do this without adding on to the game, also where is the download? there is like a ton on that page
