Any place to get the manuals?

A quick google search and a trip to Replacement Docs didn't turn up anything. Does anyone here know where I could download the manuals for the heretic/hexen games?

I'm very interested in this too. I was surprised that it didn't download with the game, or was linked on the Steam site like the Quake manuel.
