Huh? Is Champions Online down?

When I launch the launcher in Steam, it doesn't load the launcher, but instead says the typical IE "cannot connect to server" error screen. Visiting the Champions Online site also gives me a blank site telling that the domain has expired.

Yea I just tried logging on as well and I get the IE "cannot display the webpage" tried going to the main website and I get the godaddy domain name deal. wtf?

Hm...
there's a thread on the Official Forums that report similar - some people can see it, some cannot. It may depend on location - I'm in Canada and it loads up fine. Google's preview on the search sees the GoDaddy domain registration thing though...
