I would have to say no. All of your specs are on the low side (except for maybe the CPU) but your video is a serious bottleneck. I seriously doubt that you could run the game at any resolution or quality level.

I highly doubt it everything seems ok but your video won't support it not even on low settings. Try downloading a counterfeit copy to see if it works. The only way to know if it works is to test it before you even spend money on a game that probably won't work

I didnt intend to encourage piracy as there is no demo or no way to try out fallout without payibg for it if it runs in your rig.

Check this website : Canyourunit.com they will tell you if you can run this game but I doubt it will run. The 1150 is a very low-end integrated graphics processor. The minimum requirement is an X850, which was a high-end card like... 3yrs ago.

Your video card won't cut it, and you could use 2gb more ram (which is dirt cheap to put in and super easy)
