Download stuck at 99%

The download was fast but now it's stuck at 99%. I tried to restart the client, change the download server, verify integrity and delete the "ClientRegistry.blob" but nothing work. Can someone help me please.

Can you launch the game exe from the game's folder. It might then update and play.
