Christmas achievement unlocked but no gift?
I have the achievement unlocked in my achievement tab but doesn't count for the christmas event, perhaps this is related to the fact that i unlocked it a few years ago when the game comes out?
Anyone else with my same problem? |

I have the exact same problem. I sent off a message to Steam support this morning, but I've had nothing back (10:30pm local time now, I sent in the ticket at 7:04am local time).
Just updated my ticket to be a Holiday Sale -> Missing Gift issue. Hopefully it gets their attention

24 hours later and no reply. I know it's possible to use certain tools to unlock the achievement, but I'd really rather not.
I know it's not urgent or even hugely important, but if anyone else is missing it it'd be great to give them a nudge ![]() EDIT: Just bumped my support ticket with a link to this thread, so if anyone else is having the issue hopefully they'll come find you or do something globally

Yeah, I'm having the same problem - I see the 'In The Midst Of A Cold, Dark Winter' achievement on my list, but it's not counting for the event.
I also already had enough losses that it pre-unlocked (I've got the 'Losses: For The Greater Good: Lose at least 75,000 ships in a single game.' achievement) |

Yeah, I have that issue too. It doesn't even give me the date of the achievement because it's so far back.

Last message from the support says that they are are aware of the problem and are investigating the issue further.
All we can do is hope

It only occurs if you are using your profile with save from some other profile.
Create new profile with name that is the same as in the save file and load the save. |

Having this problem as well and have a support ticket that received a response yesterday telling me that refreshing the Great Gift Page should fix the problem. Problem was not fixed, but there's still more than half the days of the giveaway left for a solution that works. At least it's good to know they're trying.
