Backup issue

I've tried to back up this game twice. It always does the same thing, it creates a Light of Altair folder in the backups folder with the following files:

34501_depotcache_1.csd 125692kb
34501_depotcache_1.csm 10kb
sku.sis 1kb

Any idea whats up with that?

I managed to back up all my other games just fine, was busy doing a cleanup of moving all my recently purchased Steam games to dvd.
