ZephyrZeta Join Date: May 2011 Reputation: 0 Posts: 55	Lightning Launcher Lightning Launcher +20% damage + attack function( Lightning lance)- takes all 4 rockets into one big blast (min drop off 200) (normal 390) (Max ramp up 450) - you take mini crits and if you are jarated or backpack you take crits -Lightning lance takes away 40% of your current hp -after lightning lance you cant move,shoot reload, or swap weapon for 5 seconds So tell me what you think dont ask me why I put in the attack function I just thought thecow mangler was so cool that ya know why not.
