I had the same problem and it is a pain sometimes. A lot of people won't want to sign up to download maps. After creating the link, sign out of Live and then check the link to make sure. It is a pain sometimes, but, wtf.. it's "Free Space" right? "hehe" Hmmmm, I can't download it even after signing in.... Glad to see you getting them up for download!
