Not Being Awarded Secondary Objectives and Achievements?

Hello. First off, thanks to Red Redemption for this game: it is truly nice, engaging and challenging.
On topic: I have played Cornucopia twice, and I have troubles with bonus points and achievements. (I did not play on Easy mode.)
In the first attempt, the game failed to award me the following:

• Acquiring Adv. Drilling in 3 regions (possibly because only 2 have acquired it by partner regions rather than finding it on their own)
• Agricultural GDP > 10*10^12$ by 2100
• Reach 2200 without playing Tobin Tax
• Bein' Green Achievement (Japan was Dark Green, though)

The second time, it failed only the following:

• Agricultural GDP > 10*10^12$ by 2100
• Reach 2200 without playing Tobin Tax
• Bein' Green Achievement (each and every one was exactly Green)

I have never lost control of a region and I certainly did not play Tobin Tax in either game. Are these known bugs, or am I missing something?
